Abstract: A design model for the integrated determination of viscosity and surface tension is presented in the present work. The viscosity is measured by the device which uses Hagen-Poiseuille Law as its basic whereas for the determination of surface tension, Drop Volume method principle is considered. For the Hagen-Poiseuille Law volume flow rate is required which is monitored with the help of photodiode, whereas the profile of the drop is obtained by taking a photograph of it and is then evaluated by the computer.
